Reccer's Notes: The minute I finished this, I knew I had to pass it on. A flawless victory, this is. From her extensive body of work, Auburn has established herself as probably the best suspense and thriller writer in the SGA fandom. This is over 75,000 words. I read it all in one sitting and didn't even think of moving. For about 5 hours. Not for hunger, not for thirst, not to use the bathroom. This kept me on the edge of my seat. Layer upon layer of intrigue and political maneuvering and psychological navigating build to a fantastic finish that will stay with me for a long, long time. And as soon as you finish, you'll want to start over and read it with all new eyes.
Quote: I would normally include a quote from the story in question, but in this case I fear that anything I quote would give something away and trust me when I say you really do not want that. Not for this story.
